Join us Saturday, January 20th as Whitestone Brewery and Tryst ATX present our Winter beer and dinner pairing! You won’t want to miss this delectable 3 course meal, we’re pairing it with some of our favorite winter beers! Tickets are $50 per person (Pub Club members receive a 10% discount.)

Starter: Cheese board with fruit & crackers
Course One: Evening Roast Oatmeal Stout served with Roasted root vegetables with brown butter honey, burnt sage and cinnamon
Course Two: Melted Snowman Winter Warmer Ale served with Deconstructed Boudin
Course Three: Macallan barrel-aged Doppelbock served with Frenched bone-in pork loin w/ blackberry chile piquin marmalade
