Playing in and around this Texas mecca and exploring its local flavors and rhythms has brought happy meetings with a variety of players and musical stylings from country blues to swamp boogie. Friends joining him on this three week Americana funkventure include the gospel organ orchestrations of Frank Allen, heartbeat city shuffles of drummer John Allen, bass foundations of Geena Spigarelli & Matt Roth, and the tastes of Travis Griggs on synths and congas.
