Beer Release: SMash SMaSH Sour IPA

What happens when you smash a smash? That is, what would a Single Malt and Single Hop (SMaSH) IPA taste like through our Sour Mash (SMash) process? Find out on April 4th, when we debut our new SMash SMaSH line of hoppy sours.

The first edition features local Texas Pale Moon Pale Ale malt from Blacklands paired with Mosaic hops. The result is an assertive sourness with pineapple, tangerine and floral notes on the nose, with just the right amount of nuttiness coming through from the malt. We think you’re gonna like it.
