We’ve got a special treat for you planned on Saturday 11/18! We’re having a 5-course Big Game and Beer Pairing Dinner in the Barrel Room at Whitestone Brewery!

The wild game food will be provided by Travis of Tryst ATX, an absolutely amazing new foodtruck.

Here are the five courses and beer pairings:

Roast Beats and Squash
Organic Beats and Yellow Squash slow roasted and finished with Himalayan Sea Salt. Paired with Cedrela Hefeweizen barrel-aged in Cabernet Sauvignon Barrels.

Duck Egg Novoa da Raviolo
Hand made Duck Egg Ravioli stuffed with a duck egg yolk and ricotta cheese finished with clarified Kerrigold butter and sage. Paired with our Siesta Saison.

Elk Rague on Bone Marrow Toast
Ground Elk braised and layered over sour dough toast grilled with organic bone marrow finished with chives. Paired with our Seasonal Melted Snowman Winter Warmer.

Wild Turkey Schnitzel
Wild Turkey Breast sliced pounded out thinly coated in seasoned panko breadcrumbs and pan-fried. Finished with a drizzle of fresh lemon juice. Paired with our Golden Stout on Nitro.

Blue Berries and Good Sour Cream
Fresh Wilde Blueberries simmered and then chilled, served over fresh organic sour cream and finished with a sprinkle of cinnamon and lemon zest. Paired with our seasonal Berliner Weisse served three ways: Classic, Raspberry, and Woodruff.
