Round Rock Donut Collaboration Release

We sat down with our friends at Round Rock Donuts a few months ago to discuss creating a beer that would feature their world famous donuts as not only a thoughtful pairing, but as an actual ingredient. Ultimately we couldn’t settle on just one flavor, so we chose two!
Join us Saturday, November 11th, as we release our limited Round Rock Donut beers. Round Rouck Donuts will be on site to offer pairings of donuts to match with each beer.
Donut Dunker

– Chocolate frosted donuts and a creamy, smooth stout… who can think of a better combination? We couldn’t, so that’s why we decided to create this brew with not only donuts in mind, but with donuts in the mash. Heaps of Round Rock Donut chocolate frosted donuts were mixed right in with our grain to create something that is truly a liquid dessert.

– LEMON LEMON LEMON! We had so much fun with Donut Dunker we decided to do it again. Lemon filled donuts, Lemondrop hops, and lemon zest all introduce an incredibly citrusy aroma and flavor to this softly bittered IPA. “But Scott, don’t you think it’s a bit weird to brew an IPA with lemon filled donuts?” I donut care.
