Surf & Turf Themed Beer Pairing Dinner at Whitestone Brewery

Our next beer pairing dinner is one you won’t want to miss! This five course meal by Tryst ATX is a surf & turf theme, with each course offering a bit of surf, turf, and of course beer! Tickets are $55 (10% discount for pub club members.) For tickets, please email events@whitestonebrewery.com. Last day to purchase tickets is March 29th.
Courses are as follows:
Course 1: Cioppino de Pesco, paired with Cedrela Hefeweizen
Course 2. Southern friend chicken lollipops with eel sauce, paired with 1431 Amber Ale with Blacklands Malt
Course 3. Skirt steak hand rolls wrapped in seaweed, paired with Rock Crusher Double IPA
Course 4: Pork croquette with crawfish sauce, paired with Pennybocker Doppelbock barrel-aged in fifteen year old Macallan Whisky barrels
Course 5: Granddaddy bourbon porter ice cream
