Introducing….(512) Nine – a farmhouse style Saison

Nine turned out better than we imagined. It’s made with simple ingredients and traditional yeast. It’s dry and has a very nice hoppy character. We put some in Frech Chardonnay barrels and hope to have some ready to taste at this event, but don’t worry, the stainless version is dynamite!

We have some seating, but bring a camp chair if you’d like
